How do I change the email address on my account?

  1. On your iPad, go to Settings 

  2. Select Cellular/Mobile Data 

  3. Select Manage BetterRoaming Account 

  4. Tap My Profile 

  5. Tap on the pencil icon beside your email address 

  6. Enter a new email address 

  7. Enter your password to confirm the changes 

  8. Tap Save 

  9. A link will be sent to your new email address. Click on the verification link to finish updating your email address
