Connection Issues

A BetterRoaming Apple Watch plan can only be used in the country or region chosen when you book the plan. If you receive a “No Service” error message, please try the following: 

 

  1. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off 

  2. Toggle Cellular Data off and on again 

  3. Restart the Watch 

  4. Check your mobile signal strength 

  5. Check the Cellular/Mobile Data status by selecting General > Cellular/Mobile Data. Check that BetterRoaming is ticked and that the status is shown as “Connected” 

 

We highly recommend you avoid unpairing, resetting or removing cellular service from your watch if you are experiencing service issues. This may lead to the accidental deletion of your eSIM. For further questions, please contact us directly through the button below.
