  1. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection 

  2. Try logging in with a different browser 

  3. Make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly, and that there are no spaces before or after your username or password 

  4. If the issue persists, click the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password via your email
