Payment Methods

To use the mobile cellular service, you must have a valid payment method connected to your account. We currently support the following credit or debit cards:  

 

  • Mastercard  

  • Visa  

  • American Express 

 

We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

 

You can update your payment method anytime in your online account - just log in at betterroaming.com. 

  

Changing a Payment Method  

 

You can manage and remove your payment methods online by logging in to your BetterRoaming account.

Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, the subscription fee for the next billing period will be automatically charged to your saved payment method. 

 

 

Failed Payments  

 

If a payment is not successful and you do not cancel your account, you won’t be able to make calls, send texts or use mobile data. However, you will still be able to receive calls and texts for another 28 days.  

 

You can update your payment methods at any time by logging into our betterroaming.com account. Once you update your payment method, we will then process the missed payment. You can also select “Retry Payment” to reinstate your services immediately.
