Using Data and Apps

A BetterRoaming Apple Watch plan can only be used in the country or region chosen when you buy the plan. Mobile data will not work outside of the designated country or region.

Having issues using mobile data on your Apple Watch?

  1. Toggle “Airplane Mode” on and off on your watch

  2. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your watch

  3. Turn your mobile data off and then on again on your watch, following these steps from the Apple Support Centre

  4. Restart your watch and ensure you have signal before attempting to use data

We highly recommend you avoid unpairing, resetting, or removing cellular service from your watch if you are experiencing service issues. This may lead to the accidental deletion of your eSIM.
